The goal of the Fund is to achieve the highest possible annual return on investment throughout the entire period of the Fund’s activity, taking advantage of opportunities in the real estate market. The funds can be invested in real estate of any purpose (production, commercial, administrative, residential, service, etc.) located in the Baltic States, which can consist of both operating, income-generating objects, as well as newly developed or redevelopment objects, as well as real estate intended for renovation, capital and/or ongoing repairs or other improvements.
