An exclusive 54-apartment complex is being developed in the Malaga region, on the southern coast of Spain. Almost 40 million euros are planned to be invested in the 13,000 sq m. building. The project targets the high-quality housing segment and is mainly focused on foreign buyers looking for a permanent residence or holiday home in southern Spain, on the Costa del Sol coast, near the popular resort of Marbella. The project is being developed in a joint venture partnership with one of the largest real estate developers in the region, Malaga’s AGP Group.
